SOMATIC HEALING SESSION

Somatic healing is connecting the mind and the body together. Somatic healing involves moving your body to release tension, stress and trauma and also learning the felt sense of safety in your body. Somatic healing can help to heal a range of health issues such as chronic pain, muscle tension, anxiety, stress, digestive issues and addictions.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

Our lymphatic system can become sluggish and blocked which can affect our health. Our lympahtic system is responsible for collecting our bodies waste and removing it. This treatment involves unblocking lymph nodes and moving the lymph system.

DETOX AND DESTRESS

75 MINUTES : $120

This treatment is all about detoxing and destressing your body and mind. This treatment begins with a lymphatic node release. Then a castor oil pack is placed on your liver for further detoxing while you are then in the infrared blanket. While the infrared blanket heats your body up, a beautiful Vagus nerve facial massage will be performed to send you off to bliss.

Together, these work to restore balance, enhance recovery and support overall well-being. The compression boots help to reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation and support lymphatic drainage. The reset of the nervous system helps to reduce muscle tension and to promote deep relaxation. A very relaxing and rejuvenating treatment.
